All programs at the Staunton Public Library, whether sponsored by the Library or by community groups, are open to all and offered at no charge. The Library welcomes people of all abilities. Please alert us at least 5 days in advance if there is a need for accommodation.

Food may be served during some library programs; contact us if you have questions or concerns.

Library events may be photographed and recorded for promotional materials for the City of Staunton and City-approved third parties.

How to Read a Financial Aid Package

Please join us as Joshua North, Director of Financial Aid at Bridgewater College, walks upcoming college freshmen and their families through the process of reading and understanding the Financial Aid Packages that colleges send out to families. He will be reviewing topics such as Cost of Attendance, Grants and Loans in order to help families understand the true cost of college.
